A brief review of my Veho Kuzo HD camcorder. Not too bad!

Microphone performance is poor. Low light performance is not great. Still-photo performance leaves quite a bit to be desired. The sofware seems primitive - with relatively few options. However, the camcorder is inexpensive, has good optics, reasonable autofocus, good resolution - so it might well become a popular device.

Notes: I claim in the video there is only 5x optical zoom. That is true for the 1080P mode. However at other resolutions there is indeed additional 4x digital zoom - as claimed. Also, I note that - at the time on writing - Pinnacle VideoSpin is unable to read the camcorder's AVI files - not a great sign. YouTube can digest them, though.
